Owner reporting

What belongs in a monthly villa owner report

Marbella Hospitality · Prepared · Practical note

An owner report should explain results, cash movement and the next decisions. Keep the definitions consistent so each month can be compared meaningfully.

A practical approach

  1. Show sold and sellable nights.
  2. Reconcile revenue, fees and property costs.
  3. Summarise important incidents and upcoming actions.

An example to consider

A report with only gross booking revenue leaves the owner unable to see what will be paid out. Include the route from guest receipts to the owner balance.

What to track

Track reporting timeliness and reconciliation differences.
